A night to remember

22nd November will be forever fondly remembered. A night when a dream came true, a vision realized.

'Lha Gelo - A Journey into the Spirit of a Lost Nation' our first dance-drama premiered at Art Neuf. A cast and crew of 32 came together in perfect unison to create a magic on stage, a beautiful experience for us and for the audience.

We hope to return to tell the story once again.

You can see photos from the event in the Gallery.

Will the 'Runaway Boy' find his way back home?

Sequel to the 'Legend of the Necklace', the dance-drama 'Lha Gelo' tells a poignant tale that unfolds amidst the high mountains of Tibet and its people. Woven with an enchanting ensemble of songs and dances, sprinkled with multimedia and haunting melodies, 'Lha Gelo' is inspired by real life stories and addresses the most important question of our time:

Can Compassion heal the past and be hope for the future?

Educating the Heart- The Power of Compassion

Dalai Lama October 3 was no ordinary day for 14000 people and for us members of 'Dung-dkar'. We were all headed for Bell Center. There Tibetan Spiritual Leader, His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama was going to speak about 'Educating the Heart - The Power of Compassion'. A chance of a lifetime for many, as it was more then 10 years ago that Dalai Lama had come to Montreal.

Here's Sarah Fletcher's recounting the day.
His Holiness on His way to the car after the talk, met and blessed some of the members of Dung-dkar. Deepali being first in line had to say this.
Allison Eades sums up the day for Dung-dkar.
